This large Devon practice is actively looking to recruit a Solicitor with 5 years PQE to join its commercial property team where you will deal with a range of commercial property work acting for clients in the leisure industry, developers, private businesses, charities and schools, registered social landlords, local and public authorities, investors and banks. Experience in the corporate aspects of property work (share purchase agreements etc.) will be a distinct advantage. This is a great opportunity with long term prospects offering a competitive salary along with various benefits.
