Fantastic New TMT commercial solicitor position with this highly regarded firm which is on the Lawyer "one to watch"! . There is little slow down in work in this area and with a partner who is consistently winning new instructions, we are now instructed regarding a good commercial lawyer with a bias towards IT and outsourcing to assist their high profile, and pro-active partner. Dealing with a whole range of commercial work including IT, IP, outsourcing, transactional experience generally, data protection and Projects. You will be providing legal advice and assistance primarily on a range of IT, communications, e-commerce, IP, data protection and freedom of information law issues. Working as part of a team on large IT and communications outsourcing projects, you will be working alongside a friendly and energetic partner who is a leader in the field. This is a great opportunity to really progress your career by joining this close knit team and get involved in cutting edge law as well being a proactive business developer both internally across teams as well as externally developing new and existing clients.
