There is little slow down in work in this area and with a partner who is consistently winning new instructions, we are now instructed regarding a good commercial lawyer with a bias towards IT and outsourcing to assist their high profile, and pro-active partner. Dealing with a whole range of commercial work including IT, IP, outsourcing, transactional experience generally, data protection and Projects. You will be providing legal advice and assistance primarily on a range of IT, communications, e-commerce, IP, data protection and freedom of information law issues. Working as part of a team on large IT and communications outsourcing projects, you will be working alongside a friendly and energetic partner who is a leader in the field.
