An interesting opportunity for an experienced commercial / IP lawyer to join a forward thing modern practice to develop their commercial / IP capability. You will have a number of years' experience of general commercial work including IP and IT. You will need to be able to work with little or no supervision and be confident about being the sole fee earner in this practice area. You should enjoy the challenge of building a new department and should enjoy networking and business development as this will be an important aspect of your role.
