COMPANY & CORPORATE SENIOR SOLICITOR
Our client's Commercial Department deals with all forms of non contentious corporate and commercial work and also transactional work including sales, acquisitions and mergers. They are currently looking for a solicitor to come and join the team with a view to Head of Department/Partnership.
The growth of our client's commercial practice has enabled us to group together those with relevant experience to form a highly effective team dedicated to your deal.
Of course, deals come in all shapes and sizes and our client is responsive to the need to tailor their approach to the transaction.
They focus on the needs of owner-managed businesses / companies.
Our client has also been involved in certain issues addressed in the run up to share placings on NASDAQ and to listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AiM).
