COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR (FEE EARNER) - DERBYSHIRE
Well established 3 office Derbyshire firm are currently seeking to recruit a Commercial Fee Earner to join their expanding team
Must have
a minimum of 3 years PQE
experience of company sales and acquisitions
experience of all aspects of Landlord and Tenant
a sound working knowledge of the Companies Act
A working knowledge of Intellectual Property would also be advantageous.
