Our client is a mid-sized international law firm, who have a rare opening for a Russian speaking Legal Secretary to provide full secretarial support to a team of 4 corporate lawyers.
The position will provide a variety of duties, which will include:-
-preparing and editing long legal documents
-working to deadlines
-liaising with high profile Russian clients based in the UK and abroad
-translating documents from Russian to English and English to Russian
-preparing correspondence
-occasional diary management and travel arranging
-file management and updating databases with case status
-preparing billings
-general administration and secretarial duties
To be considered for this position you will need:-
-previous experience of working as a legal secretary within corporate (this is essential)
-fast accurate typing speed in excess of 65wpm (copy and audio, in English and Russian)
-fluent Russian (to mother tongue standard) both written and spoken
-advanced level Word with good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
-experience of preparing long documents 300+ pages is required
