Paralegal supervisor position available at highly profitable US firm in London. This is an exciting and varied position offering high levels of responsibility within paralegal management whilst retaining the opportunity to be involved in transactional work.
A senior position which involves being responsible for paralegals firm-wide, this will include recruitment, coordinating rotas, budget planning, allocating work, training of new recruits and management of performance and discipline. The successful candidate will have experience both as a commercial paralegal and in a supervisory or managerial position within a law firm or similar environment.
