Our client is listed within the top 10 US Law Firms and have offices based globally. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experience Float Secretary to join them in their London offices, based in the heart of the City.
Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners on a floating basis, the successful candidate will be carrying out duties that include:-
·Preparing legal documents, following the firm's established document processing methods and procedures. Transcribing from tapes, handwritten material and/or dictation.
·Full diary management, scheduling and organisation meetings, conferences, travel and departmental activities.
·Maintaining filing records and management systems.
·Providing team secretarial support to other secretaries and fees earners to cover other ad hoc requests for help.
·Provide first line backup support to Reception to cover absent Receptionist and busy periods on an occasional basis.
Essential skills & experience must include:-
·Previous legal secretarial experience on a floating basis IS ESSENTIAL
·Fast and accurate typing speed of 70+WPM
·Excellent Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
