CORPORATE SOLICITOR (WATER PRACTICE) - LONDON CITY
Leading full service international law firm seeks Corporate Solicitor 2 + PQE to deal with Water Practice
The Corporate division comprises of 9 main groups which consist of between 3 and 10 partners, together with associates, trainees and paralegals. The bulk of each groups practice comprises take-overs, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions such as demergers, reorganisations, flotations and joint ventures. In addition, there are a number of different focus areas which include:
· Insurance, investment funds and financial services;
· Private equity and venture capital;
· International equity offerings and equity capital markets;
· Energy and resources, utilities, projects.
· Information Technology and Communications

Experience
