Role
Commercial Associate / Lawyer - 3 + PQE
Description
Providing practical professional advice and assistance on a wide range of commercial arrangements - from strategic planning of transactions and negotiation of contracts - to deal implementation and contract management.
Lawyers should have a thorough understanding of the legal issues that can impact on domestic and international transactions, and be able to pro-actively with clients to get the deal done whilst ensuring that their activities are soundly and securely based. The firm has a first rate technical service which is commercially aware and accessible.
Looking for candidates with experience in IT telecoms and outsourcing.
