ASSOCIATE: CORPORATE SOLICITOR (ENERGY/PROJECTS) - LONDON CITY
Leading full service law firm seek Corporate Solicitor 2 - 5 years PQE to deal with energy and progects work.
Corporate group G specialises in providing corporate and commercial advice to companies and public authorities in the energy (oil, gas and electricity), transport, water and defence sectors. Work ranges from large cross border M&A transactions to complex commercial contracts to
infrastructure project development.
Theirr reputation in the energy and projects field is built on our long experience of advising companies, governments and financiers all over the world. The team has a reputation for excellent sector knowledge, in many cases arising from experience gained on secondment.
Often breaking new ground, the transactions and projects on which they advise tend to be highly complex and can span multiple jurisdictions. In addition to the UK, they advise on transactions and projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian sub-continent and the former Soviet Union and Asia, working closely with their international offices.

What are they looking for?

- All candidates will be expected to display excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with individuals at all levels.
