One of the best known law firms in the Channel Islands is now looking to appoint a Fiduciary Lawyer who is looking to develop and grow a tax and trusts practice. This appointment is likely to lead to Partnership / Advocate status. The successful candidate will have sound technical skills in Trust Law and a full awareness of UK and International tax issues. Must also have a commercial and business focus coupled with leadership qualities. Candidates with existing Client contacts will be preferred. This is an opportunity to take a leading role in the Department during a period of vigorous growth and change. An exceptional individual is sought to take on the challenge.
