THERE IS NO SIGN OF RECESSION OUTSIDE OF LONDON AS SEVERAL LEADING FIRMS CONTINUE TO EXPAND THEIR FINANCE TEAMS! As a premier ranking team in Chambers 2007, this Corporate Finance team is working on a range of quality deals for a varied client base of local and national clients, including major names in the renewable energy and retail sectors. They are currently looking for a senior solicitor to take on a caseload of deals to include sales, mergers and acquisitions, AIM, shareholder agreements and provision of corporate advice.
With experience gained ideally in the City or a major regional firm, you will already have experience of running your own deals and will be eager to take on increasing levels of responsibility. You should be ambitious to develop your career and their business, and practice development and marketing skills are highly desirable. For an energetic motivated individual this role could offer a clear path for progression towards Partnership.
