Based in Cardiff our client is a niche commercial practice advising clients locally, nationally and also abroad. There are 8 partners and approximately 25 fee earners who advise commercial clients on corporate, banking, construction, projects and commercial property work.
The firm is currently seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join the team. You will be dealing with a range of corporate work for wide range of clients including household names. You should have gained good experience with a reputable firm and have strong connections to South Wales. In addition to your technical skills you will need to be commercial and innovative in your approach. You will be actively involved in marketing initiatives so you should enjoy this aspect of the job and be confident when dealing with clients.
