Fantastic new role for an up and coming firm based in Cardiff.
This firm is one of the newest firms in town but has a commitment and ability to build up a successful commercial practice alongside its already thriving litigation practice. If you have some good experience of dealing with the full range of commercial issues including agency/distribution/franchising agreements
General terms of business, Shareholder/joint venture/partnership agreements, IT Contracts and General Commercial contracts. You will be actively involved working alongside the lead partner to develop and deal with a predominately a commercial caseload. This is a great opportunity to prove yourself at an early stage and make a name for yourself.
