An enthusiastic and ambitious Corporate Solicitor is sought by this well established leading firm in Cardiff. You will develop and deal with a predominately a commercial case load. The role will involve dealing with agency/distribution/franchising agreements, general terms of business, shareholder/joint venture/partnership agreements, IT contracts and general commercial contracts.
