Great opportunity if you enjoy all aspects of corporate and commercial work ideally with some public sector or projects experience. Ideally located in central Cardiff. This is a small and formidable team that punches well above its weight in the region. Maybe you currently enjoy a mix of corporate and commercial work and are looking to maintain that variety in your next role. Projects work is also a key part of this role but previous experience in this more niche area is not required. Working for both private and public sector clients, you'll enjoy a diverse range of projects. Your role will include M&A work, drafting and advising on shareholder agreements within the private sector domain as well as acting for local authority and other public sector clients on a whole host of high profile matters. You don't need to have experience of working with local authority clients but you will be commercial and understand the need to tailor your approach accordingly and be aware of the differing challenges in the market facing the public and private sector. There is good headroom within the current team and the world's the oyster of a bright, enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal skills and a flair for businesse development and networking.
