A top law firm in Cambridge is currently seeking an additional Solicitor for their Company Commercial team. Salary of up to £50k.
The Client: Our client is one of the largest full service law firms in the world and currently holds 32 offices in major cities across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Our client services six main practice areas: commercial, corporate, human resources, legal systems, litigation and dispute management, real estate. Certainly one of the most successful law firms in the UK our client boasts a loyal global client base consisting of business entities & the public sector.
The Role: Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with sound Company Commercial experience to work closely with leading partners . The successful candidate will handle a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, fundraising and corporate governance. Candidates should be happy acting for a variety of clients from early stage technology organisations to owner managed private companies to large national or international private sector clients. Candidates will ideally have 3-5 years of PQE and an impressive academic background, although applications are welcomed from all levels of Solicitor.
Salary of up to £50k for the right candidate.
