This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to work in an organisation which is looking to create opportunities from the current economic situation.
The successful applicant will provide legal advice to the Council in freehold and leasehold conveyancing (commercial and non-commercial), property matters generally, contractual agreement and local government law and procedures.
The position offers a salary within the scale of £38,407 to £43,750 with additional benefits to include, car allowance, flexible working time and final salary pension scheme.
