Our Client is one of the UK's leading regional Law firms and are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join the Commercial & Technology Department.
The job will involve carrying out secretarial and administrative tasks, audio typing and receiving and making telephone calls.
Liaising with clients on Fee Earner's behalf, arranging internal and external meetings, maintaining files, assistance with file opening and closure procedures, preparing draft bills and photocopying.
The successful candidate will have at least one years' legal experience within a similar role and will have proven typing skills, previous experience using Microsoft Office. Team player with a positive attitude, flexible, polite, self-motivated and be willing to undertake responsibility. Has the ability to prioritise workload and pick up new working methods quickly. Excellent audio typing skills are essential.
