Property Litigation
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000
Our Client requires a Property Litigator to join their team in their Bristol office.
You will carry out general property litigation primarily for developers but also for private clients: e.g. disputes relating to boundaries, easements, options, conditional land sale agreements, failure to complete purchase of land, defective construction of property, adverse possession, trespass, neighbour disputes
Responsibilities:
Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes: e.g. disputed lease renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidations
Small amount of residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
Interim applications arising out of the above
Deal with routine court applications
Responsible for own case load but work will also be delegated by Manager
Skills:
Experience of commercial litigation but not necessarily property litigation and a strong client focussed approach
Excellent communication and organisation skills and to be self-motivated
Ability to manage own case load whilst working effectively as part of a team
