With head-quarters in the City of London, this firm's operation spans the UK, Europe, the Middle-East and Asia Pacific. In the UK, the firm also has offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Bristol. Internationally, they are based in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Dubai. The firm is allied to independent law firms in Germany, France, Austria, Hungary and the Baltic States.
They are currently looking to recruit two non-contentious lawyers to join the Projects Group in their Bristol office, ideally from 3 yrs PQE upwards.
The successful candidates will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. They will be a team player with a strong commercial, client-focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
This is a unique opportunity to utilise a broad range of skills and expertise. Experience should include good involvement in drafting and negotiation of contracts - this need not be limited to PFI/PPP contracts, but should include a reasonable degree of exposure to PFI work, acting for public or private sector. Ideally, the candidate should have had some exposure to both accommodation and infrastructure sectors.
This Projects Group specialises in advising Government, authorities, sponsors, contractors and financial institutions in the carrying out and financing of PPP/PFI and other major projects both in the UK and internationally.
