Newly Qualified Solicitor Commercial Services
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000
This an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor from a Commercial Services background to join of Bristol Premier Legal practices. The team includes fee-earners specialising in work in the healthcare, financial, real estate and technology sectors.
The successful applicant would work primarily on IT and commercial contracts and IP issues in relation to the technology and other commercial sectors. They would also have the opportunity to work in other areas of the group's practice (general commercial, healthcare, projects and construction), subject to their interests and skills.
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will handle a varied workload in accordance with client protocols with an appropriate level of supervision
Acting as a point of contact for clients and demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience The individual must support marketing and business development activity within the team which may involve attending marketing events and/or client training sessions
Skills
We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor with a demonstrable interest or previous experience in the practice area
The successful applicant will have excellent relationship and client handling skills Therefore the ability to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day to day issues is crucial
This individual must demonstrate a level of self-sufficiency, combined with an awareness of the boundaries of their own competence / authority
