A highly skilled and talented Solicitor with extensive Company/Commercial experience is required for a growing Bristol law firm. Salary up to £55k.
The Client: Our client is a growing law firms who employ over 400 staff within four main offices. The firm currently holds an impressive national and international client base which is successful upheld by the expertise, knowledge and skills of their specialist Solicitors.
The Role: Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join the Company/Commercial department at a Senior Associate level. Applicants must have extensive Company, Commercial/Corporate experience and be able to support other members of the team when necessary. The successful applicant will be handling their own varied caseload which will include due diligence, mergers and acquisitions matters, drafting Commercial agreements and working with in-house legal teams. Candidates must have excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with high net worth clients.
Excellent benefits and a salary of up to £55k await the successful candidate.
