Commercial Services Solicitor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000
Our client is a top 500 practice who is currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join their Commercial Services Solicitor. Members of the team may have experience in corporate, commercial, IP, procurement, outsourcing, life or health work, with the common theme of acting for Insurance Companies.
Responsibilities:
You will work primarily on commercial contracts for clients in the Insurance Industry
Your day to day responsibilities will include a range of duties from outsourcing, commercial contracts, procurement and advising on working in a regulatory environment
Therefore accepting early responsibility for client work and relationships is essential. On-going maintenance and development of technical skills is required through training
Skills:
Ideally you will be a qualified solicitor who has between 1 - 5 yrs post qualification experience
Experience of delivering high quality commercial advice
It is important to have experience of providing advice to in-house legal teams
You will also possess good client care and project management skills
