Our client, the regulator of water companies, serves more than 50 million customers in England and Wales. To assist in achieving their vision and purpose, they're looking for a lawyer (solicitor or barrister) who can provide timely, effective legal advice. As a valued part of a talented, highly respected team, you'll provide key support to the policy teams, advising on a wide range of regulatory and competition legislation. In addition, you'll support teams when challenged before the courts.
As well as experience in regulatory, competition, litigation or public law, you'll have a good deal of common sense, together with proven communication skills and a decisive approach. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a given, bags of enthusiasm a must.
This is a senior role and attracts a salary up to £55,000 plus an excellent pension and flexible working.
