RESTRUCTURING SOLICITOR - BIRMINGHAM 3 year+ qualified Solicitor sought to join a group tailed to offer advice on all aspects of corporate recovery and restructuring. Applicants will only be considered with relevant experience acting on behalf of large companies and major banks, this can involve matters as diverse as reorganisation and reconstruction, distressed corporate finance, debt restructuring and refinancing, through to formal insolvency procedures. The role is mainly non-contentious with particular emphasis on business and asset sales, the restructuring of businesses, debt involving distressed real estate issues, security creation and enhancement, and formal insolvency procedures. Ideally, candidates will be strong team players with experience from good quality City or regional Practices.
