NQ role to suit bright lawyer seeking to specialise in regulatory matters.
Our client is a growing firm with a positive, innovative approach and a respected profile in the Birmingham mid-market. They are gearing themselves for the exciting next stage in their development and expect to have a highly successful, headline making 2008.
A tremendous opening has arisen for a bright NQ to join the firm's unique and dedicated regulatory practice. Working under the auspices of the firm's highly rated corporate & commercial group, the regulatory practice is led by two partners and handles broad ranging work including the acquisition and disposal of regulatory practices, risk management and compliance, SDT litigation and the provision of advice on the 2000 Financial Services and Markets Act.
You will have trained with a recognised commercial firm and will have completed either a commercial or (ideally) regulatory seat as part of your training contract. With exposure to interesting work from the outset, you'll have fine support and guidance and be able to further your career in this topical and challenging area of the law.
The firm offers fantastic opportunities for accelerated development, clear prospects and a highly competitive flexible remuneration package.
