* Quality of work - you will not find a more exciting caseload in the Midlands market. The property litigation team is nationally recognised and handles every type of dispute involving property. You will handle Landlord & Tenant 1954 Act renewal process and procedures, summary possession and other trespass claims, disputes concerning rights of way, easements and restrictive covenants. Your clients will include investors, developers, occupiers and public sector organisations.
* Excellent training - this role will provide you will a clearly defined path where your training and initial supervision will be top notch.
* Working with true experts - you will be joining a leading property litigation team where you will be guided by leading partners. The partners are all independently listed as experts in the property litigation fields and as such you will learn from the best.
