The successful candidate will ideally have trained in a City firm or substantial regional practice. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. The position is based in the Birmingham office, but the nature of the work will require travel within England and there may be opportunities for international work.
Experience during training of advising local authorities, sponsors, contractors and financial institutions in the carrying out and financing of PPP/PFI and other major projects both in the UK and internationally would be a distinct advantage. However you may also have a background in commercial contracts and have an interest in specialising in this area of law. Full training and support will be given.
