We are looking to recruit a lawyer from 2 years PQE to assist two partners and a senior associate with the drafting and negotiation of IT and IT outsourcing contracts, acting for both customers and suppliers in the public and private sectors. Ideally we require a lawyer whom has experience of IT and outsourcing contracts however, we will also consider candidates with a more general commercial background who wish to move into this area provided they have a genuine interest in technology. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of client relationships and support the teams' business development strategy, by both writing articles and speaking at seminars. The successful candidate will be motivated by the quality of the work on offer and the prospects of career progression. A commercial attitude and an outgoing personality are essential. We have quite a close knit team therefore, we require a team player that is also quite sociable. We will consider candidates from in-house or private practice backgrounds provided they have the relevant experience and/or a genuine interest.
