Our client is a major commercial law firm due to an increase in demand from clients they are now looking to recruit an employment associate to handle a mixed contentious/non-contentious case load for a wide range of local, regional and national clients covering owner-managed businesses through to multi-national corporations. It is envisaged that the ideal candidate will have gained post qualification experience acting for respondants at a top tier practice. Specifically, you will have be able to offer focused advice in relation to: *Recruiting and selecting employees *Drafting all levels of contracts, policies and procedures *Disciplinaries and grievances *Tribunal claims of all types *Business protection measures *Information and consultation *Restructures and TUPE. At associate level you will also be expected to assist the partners in the department in business development and as a supervisor of more junior members of staff.
