This well-established mid-market firm has enjoyed great success over the past decade and is now one of Birmingham's most respected niche commercial law firms.
Following a sustained period of attaining successful client wins across diverse sectors including technology, manufacturing, voluntary and not-for-profit and publishing, the firm now seeks a further NQ or assistant solicitor with 1 year pqe+ to join their business services group, which consists of 8 lawyers including 3 partners.
This exciting role will include a mix of high quality company and commercial work which is likely to comprise commercial and IT contracts and agreements, IP, data protection, providing general commercial advice and corporate support work. You'll also have the chance to handle some transactional work including mergers, acquisitions/disposals and joint ventures.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, commercially minded junior lawyer, NQ+ seeking proper hands-on experience with some direct responsibility for clients. You'll really thrive in this super firm which prides itself on having a working environment that is highly supportive, friendly, collaborative and non-hierarchical with great rewards to match.
