Our client is a progressive collegiate firm with an open and inclusive culture. Their commercial services function continues to go from strength to strength and is handling some of the best work available in the mid-market.
The firm now seeks a dedicated commercial lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience - ideally a minimum of 2 years pqe. You will have gained experience preferably with a large regional or City firm and will now be keen to further your experience in a team which will really allow you to flourish.
You'll join a growing hands-on team which acts for SME, owner managed businesses, investment companies and other larger regional commercial clients. Working in conjunction with the firm's corporate lawyers, you'll be at the cutting-edge of all the firms' major deals.
This role would suit a bright lawyer perhaps seeking more autonomy, better access to clients or a more flexible work and life balance. Whatever you motivation, this is an exciting role with clear and transparent future prospects.
