This expanding Birmingham firm has an eye-catching new role for an ambitious commercial / IP specialist.
Our client is a progressive mid-tier commercial firm with an outstanding reputation, both regionally and nationally. Continued success within their business law team has led the firm to seek to recruit an additional commercial lawyer.
This exciting role includes a mix of commercial and corporate work, serving clients within the commercial public and voluntary sectors. You'll advise clients on commercial contracts and agreements, all aspects of IP and data protection issues and e-commerce, as well as business / share sales, acquisitions and mergers and joint venture work. Where appropriate, you will also be actively encouraged to participate in business development activities to promote the services of the department.
With a broad diet of high quality work available from the outset and a focus on offering a genuine work / life balance, you'll be an integral part of a friendly, welcoming team which prides itself on providing an exceptional service to clients. This role would suit a dedicated commercial lawyer seeking a broad caseload and the opportunity to progress.
Clear ongoing prospects for advancement means this has all the ingredients to make for a superb career move.
