Our client is seeking a commercial contracts assistant solicitor to join the team in Birmingham. The role will be to advice clients in the healthcare sector and whilst experience is this sector would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will have gained at least 2 pqe in general commercial contracts work with a leading national/regional commercial law firm. You will also be a team player, with the temperament to form strong and sustained working partnerships with partners, colleagues and more junior members of the team. Excellent client handling skills and previous experience of supervising more junior fee earners would also be an advantage. The position comes with an excellent remuneration package and genuine career development prospects.
