Our client is seeking to recruit a Solicitor for their Company Commercial Department based on the Berkshire/Oxfordshire border.
The role includes:
-Sales and purchases of private company shares, business assets and unincorporated businesses
-Setting up, managing and restructuring companies and partnerships including joint venture companies, shareholders’ agreements and partnership agreements
-Preparing/advising on business terms and conditions of trading
-Drafting contracts for customers, suppliers, agents, distributors, consultants, franchises and tendering projects
-Preparing/advising on IT development, licensing, maintenance and escrow agreements
-Voluntary and involuntary insolvency advice
-Advising on intellectual property rights, licences and protections (such as copyright, trade marks, patents etc)
