COMMERCIAL LAWYER - BERKSHIRE
Our client is seeking a lawyer to join the Commercial team in their Thames Valley office to support and run a variety of technology and IP deals. They anticipate this position will suit candidates who have gained at least 4 years' PQE, or equivalent, and have developed strong relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will have experience of being involved in clients' cutting edge business decisions. The role has a technology bias and candidates will demonstrate strong knowledge, commitment and an appetite for this area of work
Additional information:
* Outsourcing experience from any sector is essential
* We are keen to recruit individuals with strong business development capabilities
* Private practice experience is preferable over in-house experience
