A superb opportunity has arisen to join this well regarded regional private practice ranked in the Legal 200 and based in the East Midlands. The excellent client base means that you will be dealing with work on a par with London firms.
You will be assisting on a variety of quality corporate transactions and you should have experience of Sale & Acquisition of Businesses, MBO's & MBI's and Business Reorganisations. Working as part of a dedicated team your ability to work well on group projects will be paramount. Ideally you will have gained corporate experience in a top tier city or large regional firm.
Suitable candidates will ideally have 3 to 5 years PQE. There is a super remuneration package on offer including healthcare and pension. Salary is likely to be in the range of £50,000 to £65,000 which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
