This regional private practice has two offices based strategically in central London and in the rapidly expanding Milton Keynes. Due to continued expansion, our client requires a Solicitor to join its highly regarded Corporate / Commercial Department. You will be handling a variety of quality transactions and you should have experience of the following:

Sale & Acquisition of Businesses MBO's & MBI's
Start Ups Company Formation
Shareholder Agreements Partnership Agreements
Succession Planning Corporate Reorganisations

Ambitious lawyers will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package and structured career progression. This position is likely to suit a solicitor with 3 - 5 years PQE although all solicitors who feel they have the relevant experience should apply. In return you should expect a salary in the region of £45,000 to £55,000 which is negotiable and dependant upon experience.
