Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Commercial / Residential Property Solicitor with 6+ years PQE on behalf of our very well established client in the Gloucestershire area.
This dynamic firm has developed to become one of the largest firms in Gloucestershire and provides comprehensive Legal advice to High net worth private clients in and around the Cotswolds.
With full secretarial and team support provided, the position requires the successful applicant to deal with all matters arising within the Commercial and Residential Property Departments.
Applicants will need to have a solid and provable background dealing with both Commercial and Residential property at a 50%-50% split ratio.
Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience, the firm also offers a medical health scheme, 24 days holiday, and a contributory pension scheme.
This position and would perhaps suit somebody who is currently commuting from Gloucestershire to London (or visa versa) and would appreciate a better life/work balance.
All applicants must be living in the U.K at time of application, and be eligible to work full time and without restriction in the U.K.
