With a quality client base of local and national clients to leverage off, you will find this a fruitful platform upon which you can build.
You'll handle a mix of work including all manner of non-contentious contract matters and providing general commercial advice on issues such as:
·Management buyouts
·Trading terms
·Shareholder/partnership/joint venture agreements
·Advice on company law matters
·IT and e-commerce - contracts, advice
·Intellectual property advice
·Agency, distribution and franchise agreements
·Commercial contracts
