This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a real "hands on" team advising on a range of corporate finance transactions including some of the highest profile deals in the region. The Midlands market place is strong with plenty of scope for further success and this pivotal appointment is part of the team's strategy for the future. You will be newly or recently qualified, ideally already working in a busy corporate finance team. With strong technical ability and excellent communication skills, you will be able to display the flexibility and versatility required in this challenging and fast moving area of law. With strong academics you will probably be working in London or with a strong regional player. This opportunity will allow you to work with probably the best deal makers in the region.
