Job Description

Commercial team requires a 2-4 year PQE commercial or corporate solicitor with previous experience working with healthcare clients. The department offers a comprehensive service relating to contracts, mergers, joint ventures and reorganisations. The role offers a wide range of commercial work related to healthcare clients including Hospitals, Primary Care Trusts and GP practices, you will advise on all types of contracts such as IT, procurement, SLA`s, and outsourcing.
