Our client is seeking a Commercial lawyer with experience across general commercial contracts, IP and IT. The firm's Commercial and IP services team acts for a number of companies and large PLC's across a number of sectors including retail, media and financial services.  They are seeking a commercial solicitor with between 1-4 years PQE. The role will entail a broad mix of commercial and Intellectual Property work. 

You will have no less than 18 months experience handling general commercial contracts including elements of Intellectual Property advisory work and some experience of handling Information Technology sector work. Ideally you will have trained within a comparable environment whether a national/international or highly regarded regional firm.
