We are working exclusively with our client in Manchester, who is looking to bolster their Intellectual Property department with the appointment of a new Assistant. The role will entail the successful candidate to undertake all manner of duties including: dealing with contentious IP issues regarding trademark, copyright and design right infringement; training clients to meet their requirements with regards to protecting their intellectual property and avoiding infringement; advising on aspects of intellectual property right across the board and being responsible for client service delivery, supervision of junior team members and much more. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and be a confident communicator.
