Job Description

Our client's Commercial Real Estate Group is looking for a Planning Associate to expand the team.

Working with one other Senior Associate and two Partners, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the group, advising both it and its clients on all aspects of planning, including CPO's and appeals.

The work will mainly be related to the Development Practice, but will also encompass large-scale infrastructure projects and acquisition of infrastructure assets.

Experience of environment and/or consent/permitting in the context of infrastructure projects would be helpful but not essential.

This is a full time role but our client may consider a 4-day week arrangement for a first rate candidate, provided there is some flexibility over availability.

Candidates should have UK qualifications and experience.
