Job Description

Ideally candidates should be qualified solicitors or Barristers working in private practice, and have between 4 and 7 years' PQE although we will consider candidates with greater experience. The successful candidate will have a broad range of contentious IP experience including trademark, copyright, design rights and preferably infringement. In addition, candidates must have good drafting skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues. An enthusiasm and/or previous experience of business development activities is important. Moreover candidates must be personable, self-starters with gravitas. A strong commercial acumen is a must, as is the ability to proactively identify and solve problems. Candidates will need to be good team players with a good work ethic
