My client is looking for a number of Law Costs Drafts people for their central London office due to a growth in their commercial client base and the award of some high profile cases.
Although they will consider EXPERIENCED costs candidates, due to the quality and level of work they are ideally looking for candidates with at least 5 years' commercial costs experience.
The role will include:
Drafting Bills of Costs
Drafting Schedules of Costs
Preparing Points of Dispute & Replies
Providing Advice to clients
Attending Detailed Assessment Hearings
Supporting Cost Negotiation colleague
It is essential that you have a minimum of
18 months of Commercial Costs experience Requirements:
Strong knowledge of CPR
Able to prepare bills electronically
