Job Description

Highly experienced Corporate Lawyer required by a leading commercial law firm in London. Applicants will be working for a leading London or equivalent recognised corporate department undertaking a wide range of corporate initiatives including transactional acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and mergers. Approximately 4+ years PQE with business development skills required. The position will require excellent communication and client management skills in addition to excellent academics 2:1 and above.
